EXPERT KNOWLEDGE
- Founded by an expert mental health professional, with over 13 years experience in the NHS. Nathalie is a qualified mental health nurse, trainer and service manager. With specialist training in therapeutic interventions, crisis assessment, project management, yoga, mindfulness and improving service led outcomes.
- All trainers are mental health professionals with extensive experience, qualifications and knowledge in mental health and delivering training across systems and services.
- Trainers are all up to date on latest NICE guidance, policies and pathways.

15 million work days are lost every year in the UK due to mental health, and we know there are plenty that aren’t recorded correctly.
One in six people, in the work place, at one time, experience symptoms related to mental ill health.
