Foundation Training
2.5-3 hr group training. Face to face and online options available.
Accreditation certificate provided. Advised renewal every 6-12 months depending on staff turnover. This is our core package and most popular. It provides core mental health training for teams and upskill sessions for leaders.

Consultation and Advice
Unsure what you need? Or what the team think? This is a great way to get an overview of where you are at as a team and advice on how to work towards being a mentally safe workspace.
Hearing from your staff is a fundamental foundation step in creating psychologically safe workspaces. We start by sending an anonymous survey to all your staff. We provide a thorough analysis and feedback report on how staff feel, where the strengths of the current processes lie, where changes could be made & suggestions around training packages.

This comprehensive approach includes access to a rolling training package, guaranteeing that all current staff and leaders undergo foundational training with a 12-month renewal cycle. Bespoke Away Days
For real change to happen, action is needed. Our mental health away days are a great opportunity to provide your team with some much needed self care, demonstrate how your priority is their mental health and encourage team cohesion.
Following mental health away days, employees express feeling more valued by their employer, an increased motivation to invest to the team and improved working relationships.
These mental health away days combine wellbeing activities and team development. They can be tailored to your team’s needs and include yoga, meditation, art therapy, sound healing, action set learning groups workshops, restorative practise, and speakers covering range of topics including battling stigma, stress and anxiety management.
